Talk to Ghanaians

Joy knows no circumstance

Joy knows no circumstance

This image was clipped from Instagram, credit unicef.  The greatest credit goes to the hard working citizens who receive no attention from political leaders and for that matter state leaders who are not bothered to improve governance to support all citizens.

Ghana is 60  years old as an Independent State with Republican status for nearly the same age.  We cannot blame colonialism, or communism or democracy for our numerous failures and ineffectiveness of governments.

As wise citizens we all know that those you allow into your life or home, do influence your fate, more so when you allow them to.  Our leaders are so learned to know the bad effects of many world institutions that stifle progress for developing nations.

The amounts we contribute to organisations and membership commitments have grown so large and seem to supplant national requirements.  Do governments have enough time and resources to take care of their own citizens?  There is a lot of global nonsense engaging nearly all attention that a government should have for members of her state.

Is it time we run one programme for the state and all governments whether led by A or B party to follow irrespective of ideology or International demands.  A Modest target each time will save the nation sooner.

The image represents how Political parties and leaders can hold citizens to their hearts – development with a human face.
